Goalie Blocker Sizing and InformationBlockers are unique gloves that goalies wear to help direct pucks with their stick hand. There is a board that covers the top of the hand, and usually thumb protection and finger protection. Some blockers are straight boards, while others are more curved to help the goalie put their paddle down. The palm and fingers of blockers should fit like a loose winter glove. Arm pads should fit under the cuffs of the blocker (approx. 2-3 inches under) without inhibiting flexibility.
